Are you referring to AllowProperties? Did I misread it or does this only work
on NT/2k? Regardless, this creates a lot of work because each system's
registry would need manual editing,

This is the same issue that I'm having.. That's why I want to lock
permissions on the registry key for VNC that way no one can change the
password or settings..
