maybe you should learn to read to the bottom of the screen it's the vertical

Make sure, that the ports 58xx and 59xx are open on your outside ip, where xx
specifies the display...

7. Hit the Add butto
Are you sure you're allow port 5900 through the firewall? I should say 5900
+ the display number you're using. If you want to use the web-based java
applet, you'll need to open up 5800 (+ display number), too.
