Have you tried running the executable and seeing what error it raises? I
suspect that it will complain about a missing DLL.
The other possibility is that you have not configured a default password for
the server machine

msvcrt and mcvsirt DLLs are required, too. They reside in the system32
directory but can be placed in the same directory as the EXE for it to work.
