When connecting to a machine that has micro focus workbench, the enter key
is not mapping properly. Do anyone have a clue as to why this would be
different that the other machines.

There is a machine here that has Micro Focus Work Bench (basically an
environment that emulates a IBM mainframe, db2, cics, etc). Whenever I
connect to that machine the character display does not refresh properly. Is
there someting in the server setting that I could change to make it work? I
am
startx starts my gnome when I am at the console. how do I get the same when
connecting using a browser.

Actually a newbie question. We still have a lot of character applications.
The screens do not update very well in the telnet sessions. I am thinking
that it is because the default is the mouse click update is the default.
Which "Update Handing" would work the best to update what is displayed in
