There is no support for VNC however, if you run into a problem more than
likely you are on your own.
It seems there are responses on the listserv, but they are mostly
UNIX-related, probably due to the mix of people on the listserv.

Here we even tried switching the IP addresses between two servers. One is
accessible using VNC, the other is not. We thought perhaps switching IP
addresses might help, but the same server is still accessible, while the
other is not.
