I got a quick question about the implementation of this project. Would it be
easier to start building the OS from various pieces (essentially from
scratch), or would it be better to start out with a minimal working
intallation and removing parts section by section?

I'm thinking of screwing arround with VNC and a really stripped down vanilla
Linux kenel 2 create a very small visual terminal OS which could be used on
old crappy machines with a little RAM and a weak CPU. How dificult would it
be to create kernel calls which would be used by VNC? More specifical
