I too had same problem but noticed that this problem
occurs only if u have win2k with sp2 at the remote
end. I tried uninstalling sp2 and now it works again.
I'm unable to figure out why this is happening though.
Pls let me know if were able to solve this.

I noticed that this problem is only when I try to vnc
over the vpn tunnel into a box which has Win2K with
SP2 on it.
So guys if u are trying to patch ur win2k box this is
one thing u may want to test.
