AH, found the problem ORL XVNC `-localhost` does work with the lastest and greatest release. TightVNC either uses it own verison of `-locahost` (which is broke) or is based of an older verison of the "offical" VNC. Strangly, Orl VNC doesn't have the `-interface` options. No biggie, this is work
