Can anyone reproduce the following problem? In Win2000 set the german
input locale, connect to a linux vncserver, in any X-window enter a ^
(circumflex sign, you will have to press the key in the upper left key

2- How i can see local screen with VNC like Pcanywhere ?

The firewall at your work place certainly could be a problem. I maintain
the one at my work place, and we do not arbitrarily open every port for
outgoing traffic, but rather only specific ports that we need for
machines/services and since you want results back from the VNC requests,
those ports w
Sound like a name lookup problem some where in the lan. How are you
loading VNC REmotley? Do you mena teh viewer or the client? on NT you
should just run it as a service to atart with.
