Hey, I've searched all the faq's and documentation but I can't figure
this one out: I'm trying to run VNC (3.3.3r9) on my old compaq at home
(W95). I installed WinVNC with the default settings and no problems.
Running WinVNC in App mode works fine. When I try to access the server
from a web bro
I've loaded VNC as a service on an NT 4.0 server for dealing
remotely with lock-ups and it works great with the shutdown.exe
utility to reboot remotely.
But how can I get past the Ctrl-Alt-Del keystroke sequence to
logon again if I need a second VNC access session. The Ctrl-Alt-
Del keystroke
I will be out of the office starting 04/13/2001 and will not return until
04/23/2001.

I've got following Problem.
There are some VERY unexperienced users where i'd like to use vnc.
(windows me)
I'm using a config file to connect, switch to fullscreen and set up
anything else.
Now I've tried to explain them, how to switch back from fullscreen mode,
to quit vnc, but i failed.

Forgot , Changing size(not place) of shared window stops sharing it.
This is no bug, but needed to prevent desktop acces from the client site

The problem with winamp (possible also other applictions) should be solved.
I replaced the winvnc.zip on my server.

First I didn't have the problem (32bit screen), but changing to 16 and 8

A full window size 640/800/1024 can always be divided by 4

I think that a better solution would be capturing windows that are
associated with a process and not a single window HWND, since allot of
application open all sort of windows and not necessarily in the main app
windows area.

First , I encountered the winamp problem also.
Second , problem with applications with "splash-screen" (as M$-IE5.5 &
M$-OutlookEx5.5..) .
if the app is autostarted by the VNCviewer , then the spalsh screen is
captured and not the app,
after that it captures random running app. disconne
