Hello, I would like to introduce myself, I am Tom, I'm a college student and
I'm looking into VNC as a possible remote access program to use on my new
server project in which my server will be running Linux and the viewers will
be running some kind of Windows.

Neville,
Two things here.
1) What IPs are you using? Are you trying to use the one the typical
192.X.X.X LAN IP? Or are you using the WAN address?
2) Have you set up your router to allow connections on those ports?
I suppose another thing would be what exact IP are you trying to

Hello, I was just wondering if anybody knew how I could set up my RH9 Linux so
I get the actual desktop of whatever user is logged in instead of getting the
X-terminal when I connect using VNC.
