I am assuming that the server is behind a firewall, What ports have you
forwarded in the firewall?

OK but have you unblocked ports 5800 and port 5900 on it. Firewalls
generally tend to block ports 5900 and 5800 which are to with VNC.

Hello
It is possible to clear the list of previous IPs used on VNC. This has to be
done through the registry. If you go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software|RealVNC\VNCViewer\MRU, you will find entries
numbered 00, 01 etc. On deleting these entries the list of previous IPs will
be deleted.

Kimberly,
Generally with VNC viewer you make a connection from VNC viewer to the VNC
server. In certain situations it would be advantageous to allow a remote
system (VNC server) to initiate a connection to the viewer. Executing the

Moshe,
Read the documentation for Enterprise Edition Viewer on
http://www.realvnc.com/products/enterprise/4.1/. This will provide you with
the information you need.
