x0vncserver start-up error - Address already in use (98)

I'm currently running realvnc 4.1.2 on remote SLES 8 and SLES 9 servers running X. On the SLES 8 systems, I have no problems connecting in remotely and starting up x0vncserver. On the SLES 9 systems, I'm getting the following error message: sles9server:~ # DISPLAY=:0.0 sles9server:~ # /usr/bin/x
