VNC will work with ZA, but what you have to do is to shutdown ZA, start VNC,
then restart ZA.
For some reason, ZA will then ignore VNC.

I would have thought that it should be fairly easy to accomplish. Just get
the bounds of the window that you want to share.
Isn't this the way netmeeting does this? Netmeeting allows you to share
individual apps.
