"connections" I can enter fixed IPs but how could I use e.g.

I want to attribute access rights to the server i.e. that only one
particular client PC is allowed to connect. For example, in the
server options dialog I can enter an IP address from which
access is permitted e.g. "123.191.10.1

Our server restarted un-provoked the other day and now for some reason
the VNC Listening Viewer will not work. It gives the following error:
"Unable to bind listening socket: Only one usage of each socket address
(protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted. (10048)"
