Hi,
We have three PC's after a LinkSys router, they are port forwarded and work
fine from any other PC with the IP address and password combo.
I am trying to set a list of PC's that can have access to these PC's.
The accept connection on port: is correct ie 5902 for the second PC.

won't be able to connect to your "WAN address" while you're *inside*
the LAN. Most routers don't support such a "hairpin turn". An

Hi, all... I've been a long-time user of RealVNC, but haven't used it
in awhile. I'm trying to tunnel to my Fedora Core 6 box at home via
PuTTY and it doesn't seem to be working. I can ssh to the linux box,
but whenever I attempt to use VNC, I immediately get "the connection
closed unexpect
Hey, all... some more information regarding my VNC problem. Here's the
script I wrote to start the VNC server on my Fedora box:
vncserver -geometry 1024x768 -localhost
vncconfig -nowin
and here's what I get when I do that:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] john_old]$ ./vserver
New 'slave1:1 (john)' desktop
When I setup VNC, it asked for a password. I entered one, but it would
not recognize it when I went to access the server. Then I reinstalled
it, check "No Authorization", hit "Apply", and it still asks for a
password. What gives? I cannot use this product if I cannot get through
the login.
