I want to connect to my office it doesn't work at all.

I use Panda Antivirus and like it a lot, would not use anything else. You can
use VNC by going into Panda settings>auto settings>firewall
settings>connection settings>regenerate list>then ok. Use the viewer to access
and then you will see a pop-up asking if you want to grant permissions to VNC

i used vnc viewer to manage my server remotly... then the vnc crashed
while i pressed the windows key. i couldnt connect to my server
anymore.. he crashed also...
now windows "thinks" that the winkey is pressed since then. so if i
