Hence I enabled port forwarding for port 5900 on my router and started
my VNC server.

i am accessing Xvnc on FC5 using vncviewer.
If I use mouse drag and drop, It refreshes the desktop and it opens the
home folder for the user.
If i login to the local machine as the same user, It doesn't happen.

A Big Thanks to every who has supported this issue.
As the below mail said, new version of Vnc with Xinetd support saving of
session for the future use.
It works for me too. Now I am able to reopen the closed session again.
