I noticed a few postings regarding the Shift Key. I just encountered 3
related issues:
1. When I press on Shift, the remote computer interprets it as a DEL.
2. When I press on Ctrl, the remote computer interprets it as Ctrl+DEL.
3. The Alt key does not work at all.

Hi all. New member and I'm hoping some of you gurus can help me. I was thrilled to
hear about VNC and desperately need to install it so I can access my machine at work.
One of my coworkers is leaving and I'm gonna get stuck at the office late time and
time againunless I can get this to work.
Here's my problem:
I can connect to computer A (compA) from computer B (compB) if compA (the server) adds
compB (set up in listening mode) to its client list. I cannot, however, connect compB
to compA using the 'standard' method.
Any suggestions?

with Solaris 8/9 operating environments:
- vncserver dying
- vncviewer exiting (timing out)
- vncviewer hanging the system for a few minutes when it cannot get a connection

I've just downloaded the program. I've tried a few remote programs so
far without success. The XP 'remote terminal' and pcanywhere. With both
