hi all, I want to use a solaris workstation as a vncserver and a pc (win2000) as a client. When I connect to the server I get a new opened session but I do not have the control of the session which was opened. Do you know how to sort it out? Thanks for your help. greg ___

That would depend how tight/strict your school firewall is. Does it just allow packets flowing through port 80? Does it care if the protocole through port 80 is http or not? Maybe you could configure your VNC server to use port 80. Take a look at the DOC/FAQ to see how this c

I recently built a new PC running RedHat linux 9.0. I'm trying to install RealVNC on there, but no application shows up. The original TightVNC is now gone as well. The RPMs still don't install anything after many tries. Any help? I hope someone here understands me and knows what to do with this.
