arrow keys

I am looking for a way to have the arrow keys work in VNC. We are running from a windows 2000 machine to another windows 2000 machine BUT we are trying to use an old DOS program and can not seem to get the arrow keys to work. Any help in any version of VNC would be helpful. Thanks. BOB MEDLOCK __

Further to my post yesterday ... I completely uninstalled real-vnc server, and installed the tight version of the server - and got exactly the same access violation when I later tried connecting using the client. I don't know whether this information is of any use or not, but it might help
