I am looking for a way to have the arrow keys work in VNC. We are running from
a windows 2000 machine to another windows 2000 machine BUT we are trying to
use an old DOS program and can not seem to get the arrow keys to work. Any
help in any version of VNC would be helpful. Thanks. BOB MEDLOCK

Hi All,
Correct me if I'm wrong, I don't think theres an option to specify the password in the
command line of the vncviewer executable. I know this can be done using the .vnc
config file but I don't really like these on my system as it gives everybody access to
the server.
Has anyone ever tho
Yes, this option is available in eSVNC (http://perso.wanadoo.fr/samfd/esvnc or
www.esvnc.com ) since July ;)
Simply do: vncviewer.exe hostname -password THEPASSWORD

Presently I have the VNC server on my Windows 98 machine, and the VNC
viewer on my Mandrake 9.0 machine.
Is there a way to move a file from the Windows 98 unit to the Mandrake
9.0 unit.
Thank you,
Bill.

Rename WinVNC.exe to Tetris.exe or Sol.exe on his machine. Users like that
would never 'end task' on a game
