I need to pass Alt-Tab to the server, i have the mac left option key
set up as left alt in the expert settings for the viewer on the mac...
still no dice though!!
Also, the 'disable toolbar' setting in the OS X viewer expert settings
does not make the toolbar at the top of the screen actuall
