The VNC Enterprise Edition E4.4 server for Unix provides support for
dynamically resizing the server desktop via XRANDR. This can be handy if
your viewer has a display that is a different size to the desktop, as an
alternative to scaling.

AFAIK, there is no official support for randr v1.1 in any VNC version
other than Enterprise 4.4. And even then, I believe it's only the resize
portion of the xrandr extension that's supported, not reflect or rotate.
