Yes, that is what I am guessing is happening.do you know of any way to
change what Firefox passes in this situation?
I have tried on a couple Firefox forums, and noone seems to have an answer...so
I thought I would try this list again.

It sounds like Firefox is passing the entire URI to vncviewer.exe, so that it
will then try to connect to a host called "vnc://", rather than just
to "".
