VNC can in fact run on any valid TCP port number - the notional "display
numbers" 0-99 are simply an easier way to refer to the "standard" port
numbers 5900-5999.

Hi All,
Is there a maximum no. of display # that are supported?
In other words if I want to access 10 separate PCs in back of a NAT
firewall, can I do the following?
PC #Internal IP Port # Display #
1 192.168.0.1059000
2 192.168.
