How do I add VNC in boot process for RH Linux 7.1?

Hi folks, I'm a new user to VNC, so please be kind. I guess this is a more of a sysadmin question rather than a VNC question, but I though I'd ask anyway. I've successfully downloaded & got to run VNC 3.3.3r2 on a Red Hat 7.1 Linux server, and can successfully connect and use it via a Windows PC
