No, Microsoft and Citrix are the only ones that have access to the Windows

I am new to VNC and have a basic question about using
VNC on PCs using Window 2K OS.
Is there a way I can leave the PC served as a VNC
server lockscreened while I am logged in from a remote
PC served as a VNC client? That is, the display that
I see on the VNC client PC does not get shown
