If you upgrade to VNC 4b4 then you will find that an interface is provided
through which this setting can be configured.

I am trying to restrict access to our VNC server through explicit IP
checking.
I read that a registry entry for "AuthHosts" can handle this, but I am
hesitant to mess with the registry as I have little experience with it and I
cannot risk bringing down our server.
