I'd like to register the next available message type (both

My guess is high-justified, but the spec leaves this up to the
imagination, so I thought I'd check to make sure.

Is there a pseudo-encoding that lets me get the remote machine cursor
location (coordinate)?
When I request the cursor image, I don't know where to put it. I can
put it where the local user has his cursor, but in the case where the
local user is just viewing a remote user, this doesn't make sense,
be on for the X on a console. A badly written app (or library) *might*
behave one way when it is available (like on the console) and do something
else when it isn't (like with Xvnc).

To remo

Note that plenty of 'modern' apps often seem to actually ignore the X

Appreciate any help!

I've got the "keypress update problem" described here:
http://www.realvnc.com/pipermail/vnc-list/2003-January/037069.html
Updating on typing is slow (and it annoys me!)
I fixed it completely for notepad by setting use_KeyPress to 1 in its
Application_Prefs key. However, there was no cmd.exe there
when using the -inetd option.
