Sorry,I made a mistake.
make should be given inside the folder /usr/src/usr.sbin/bhyve and not inside
/usr/src/usr.sbin
and the error does not appear.

actually I'm running FreeBSD 13.1-RELEASE. I've tried to apply this patch using
two approach :
1) I've applied the patches to the 13.1-RELEASE files
2) I've copied the files already patched

branch, it would be nice to cherry-pick them for the upcoming 13.1 RELEASE
