Thanks for the info. Greatly appreciated. One more data point, I tried a 13
release instance with an encrypted volume and it works fine. It only appears to
be the 12 instances that hang at boot time
Just to inform you that I've passed through the M2 disk as a PCI device and
now all the partitions inside the disk are correctly detected by Linux.
