I have no Sonos products, so I don’t have a dog in this fight. But for my money, which none of it is invested here, I would find that response totally absurd unacceptable and just yucky! The app was apparently fully accessible. They made a bunch of changes and now it isn’t fully accessible. They wo

Hello.
I had been in touch with somebody at Sonos back in 2010 and with all these new
Sonos app issues I decided to take a chance and send her a message. It turned
out that she is still with Sonos and she is now Vice President, Global Consumer
Direct. Below is her reply to my message in which I was not

I was under the impression Sonos already announced that there was a roadmap in
place for restoring accessibility first with an update in 2 weeks and more by
end of June. Is that a good thing, well obviously it would have been nice if
they had just delayed releasing the app until it was all done,

Just curious, but how do you select a particular room or speaker to play music
on? I was able to access the system settings no problem, but I have had little
success selecting a particular room and then select for example my Apple Music

Hi Sieghard. I also was able to check for a firmware update and found that
there was none. After playing around with the app, I was able to locate most
everything within the app. I certainly agree that the app needs some big
accessibility improvements. However, for me, I find it quite useable. I
The only thing I found in the commands for the regular bluetooth keyboardis shift plus M. Use the VO modifier in conjunction with that key. Hold them down and see if that will do what you want.Sent from my iPhone Pro MaxOn May 8, 2024, at 11:07 AM, Manan Trivedi wrote:Dear all. Let me start by
Larry, I just replied to another message of Richard's, but just in case you

And also, I did manage to find System Update in the new app on the iPad and
when I double tapped "Check for updates" I was told that my system did not need
to be updated which indicates that this is entirely an app/user interface
update and does not involve any firmware update of the Sonos speak
Hello Richard,
I updated the Sonos app on our iPad and while it's far from good, I did not
have any issues swiping to and activating buttons like Account Info, System

certainly wouldn't want it on my iPhone 13 Pro which
