During the beta cycle, I discovered Measure was not on all my devices either,
like my iPad Mini 2 and 6th generation iPod Touch. I therefore conclude that
since Measure is an app using Augmented Reality, it is only available on
devices starting with iPhone 6s and 5th generation
You can go into settings,general and storage and it might give you some
recommendations of what you can do to help clear some space along with
show you apps that haven't been used in a long time so you can delete
them if you no longer have a need for them.

to always do this until about iOS 10 or so and then I have always done my
updates over the air. I also sometimes do a Reset Network Settings just because
I think it's good practice, it clears WiFi networks

the keyboard there should see a button to auto-fill the password field. If you
have Touch ID enabled it will ask you to authenticate then it will fill in the

I would also like some advice. I have an SE running 10.33. In my case I use a

I have no idea how - the usual Restore and Upgrade buttons appeared at the top
of the Upgrade screen and I was able to restore. All good now - just very
