You must to disable kvm for the CPU to use Nvidia card. I don't use libvirt
but with qemu, it's something like :
qemu-system-x86_64 \
-enable-kvm \
-m 4096 \

I am able to passthrough a nvidia card (tried both 630 and 950) to a
