blanks on channel 1 and I can zap to other channels which were fine, but
back to 1 gets a blank screen. After restarting vdr-sxfe everything's
fine again.

The reason is really easy to explain:
I am happy with a stable 1.4.7 and I have no problem using a developer

The driver I am using ist http://jusst.de/hg/multiproto svn from today,
and the included frontend.h really has no delivery member in this structure.

Afaik the epg.data will be read at startup and written at shutdown.
In the meantime the epg data will be read from memory and thats surely much
faster than via sqlite.

it does the following:
linking libm.so.6 to libn.so.6 instead of libm-2.3.4.so
