pat.c integrated in 1.7.15 and another one liner in streamdev (also
integrated in the next version of streamdev).

channels, the same channels in DVB-S are not using eAC3 and this mean no
problem with eHD on DVB-S.
I watch DVB-T with eac3 (TF1HD, FRANCE2 HD, M6HD).
