past when I've had these problems, I've been able to fix by adding some

I am seeing a small problem when i do this in my plugin:
virtual const char *Description(void) { return tr(DESCRIPTION); }
running make i18n doesn't add the DESCRIPTION string for translation to
the pot file.
Same for Plugin name.
