If you have already your rotor positions stored then you don't need the plugin
at all (which does not work well with vdr 1.7.x, when you get it to work it
turns vdr into a rather unstable program) the rotor plugin needs re-writing in
my opinion.
Just setup your diseqc.conf like this:

automatically and the other instances get periodically a new copy of the
