I totally agree. LCN's here in the UK and in Australia is central to
ordinary users experience of DVB (aka Freeview here in the UK). At present
we use scan commands -u switch to generate the LCN data. Having vdr handle
this form of channel numbering internally would seem to be the better
option bu

Just so nobody wonders why I'm not currently adopting this switch
to S2API: I've tested a recent versi

Hi All,
this patches are for Steve Toth's repository at :
http://linuxtv.org/hg/~stoth/s2/ .
In theory they should work. I did them offline from my VDR.

Hi,
I'm using vdr 1.6.0 along with vdr-xine 0.8.2, xine-lib
1.1.15 and xine-ui 0.99.5 on gentoo.
Recently, I discovered A/V sync problems on my vdr.
My family confirms that these problems have been there for a
while now.
So, unfortunately, I can't pinpoint which one of my changes

Yep... looks that way. Must be the E-Book

Hello All,
This patch gives VDR 1.7.0 support for DVB-C (untested), DVB-S (tested), DVB-S2
(tested) and DVB-T (tested) using S2API. The patch itself is still based upon
Igor M. Liplianin's S2API patch. Today Steven Toth made some changes to the HG
repo of S2API, so it was time for a new patch :

I can not say for sure whether irdeto2 works with sc and smartcard, there
however seems to be also a irdeto library in sc. The smart
card that I have subscribed uses conax.

I get the same audio/video sync problems, on recordings too. but it will
happen predictably after advertisements was cut out, it will start to go out
of sync by the first cut. I also noticed that my cpu usage increased and my
system's clock seems to drift into the future.

Hi All,
i have updated my S2API patch for VDR 1.7.1 with VDR extensions 64
