Hi,
I have here an old VDR system running and my DVB-S cards are stopping to
work now (VDR 1.6 and 2xDVB-S cards).
It starts with a lot of distortions and then they stops to record
completely. I have only 0 minute records for my new timers.
In the log file I have:

Hallo Listusers,
we have an open bug on gentoo -->
https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=215683
After any month of last VDR major release, i ask me:
will this plugin not supported anymore?
Have anyone a patched Version, so we can support vdr-console by patch
rudimentary?

Hi!
Is there an easy way to add sequential or even random playback to VDR?
I have a lot of children's programs stored, for example 52 episodes of
"Peppa Pig". :) The episodes are only 5 minutes each, so now I have to
interrupt my serious work (IRC :) ) every 5 minutes to start a new
episode, to k
Hello everyone.
Ever since I've upgraded from vdr 1.4.7 to vdr 1.6.0 (incl. p1), I have run

Hi Diego,
maybe "vdrbox" can't be resolved on your VDR box. Try "svdrpsend.pl -d
vdrbox help". You can also try to change "VDR_HOST = vdrbox" to
"VDR_HOST = 127.0.0.1" (while VDRAdmin-AM isn't running!).

This may or may not be a help for you:
I use softdevice and softplay to do this.
Softplay can play avi, mpeg files etc AND vdr recordings. So I have a
