The icons should be displayed at the left of a list entry. Take a look
at the screenshot at plugin's homepage
(http://martins-kabuff.de/extrecmenu_en.html).
As I mentioned before you need a true type font containing the icons for
VDR >= 1.5.3

Thank you Klaus for the Subtitles. I have been hoping for this
since I first started using vdr some years ago. (I can handle English
and German speaking films quite well, but Akira Kurosawa's masterpieces
are quite difficult without subtitles.)

I am running vdr-1.5.10 and when I tune into a channel that uses dolby digital
it takes forever to sync into the channel and the sound continues to fade in
and out. Channels that do not use dolby digital are ok and sync in as normal.
Great that the subtitles are now part of the VDR. Unfortunately, there
seems to be some problems still. I tested this new VDR version for
some minutes and noticed that some subtitles were shown too late in
live tv watching. I didn't check how the timing of subtitles is done,
but it seemed that VDR
