I remember fixing realplayer plugin for netscape years ago, by linking
it against a static version of the old libc...
Anyway, as you are already building em84xx plugin, you might try linking
against a static version of the correct libc by simply adding the full
path to the lib as an object to t

Hi, I've made another patch to vdr 1.4.5.
Now I have used your suggestion, and the patch seems to be stable.

At the moment I've tested it only with live view.
Klaus, please look at this patch again and tell me w

Hi!
I'm using the cvs version of streamdev. I have a client vdr box that uses
streamdev-client to connect the server, and also have several windows
machines connected with VLC.
It works very well, no problems really in viewing the streams. :)
But, if I shutdown the client vdr box, somehow the se

Hi,
Now when "ERROR: video data stream broken" occurs VDR performs emergency
exit. This is frustrating when you don't have a script that
automatically restarts VDR.
Why not try different channel instead. If that works then let user know
that there was a problem with channel XXX that you tried, tr

I would like to allow duplicate channels in channels.conf, is there a
way to do it?
I have written an 'orrible bash hack to get my Dreambox channel
lists/bouquets into vdr, but it's throwing things away...

Hello
Finally I upgraded from kernel 2.4.21 to opensuse and kernel 2.6.18
The drivers are ok - the vdr-locations are strange.
More striking: My native hauppauge remote-control does not work
until now I used vdr -Premote and it worked
What has changed?
regards
