This has been an on going problem for some time. It may be a driver bug
but 2 post to the dvb list got no responce. The card is FusionHD7 Dual
Express ATSC tuner card when using the atscepg plugin. After a few
hours, sometimes the next day, vdr seems to loose control of one of the
tuners, which
anybody found the bug in rotor plugin? did the name of function to get
satellite positions change?
In 1.7.11 it still worked fine, I didn't test 1.7.12 + 1.7.13, but at least
1.7.14 has this bug

the dxr3 is using the old PlayVideo interface, so it uses pes packets.
Since the card can only decode mpeg1&2, feeding it h264 causes nothing
but trouble, so I'd like to detect if the pes packet is an H264 one.
So, is there an easy way to detect that a pes packet given by PlayVideo
is H2
