I am using vdr-1.7.4, driver se-liplianin, Two DVB-S cards (TT S2-3600
USB and a FF Technotrend )
For several hours everything went fine including several recordings.
When the last recording ended, suddely video and audio showed almost
only distortions. VDR itself still reacted properly to remote
The PCH also freezes for me when using streamdev directly. My current
solution is to use VLC's VLM telnet interface to clean up the stream.
I start VLC like this:
vlc-wrapper --ttl 1 --color -I telnet --telnet-password xx --vlm-conf
/video/vlm.conf &
Where vlm.conf has all the channels from V

do you guys know if there would be a way to make VDR use the apadater0
WITHOUT using its frontend0/demux0 I/O.
The only part of the DVBAPI that would be used would be:
- video0
- audio0
- osd0
The flow would come from streamdev-client and demuxed by vdr of course
