Hello,
I have just reccorded the history of Mathematics on BBC Four which went
very well :-) (If you missed it tonight, don't miss the following parts
on next mondays...).
Now I try to use it... I demuxed all using projectx, which gave me some
files, namely :

No, I have not checked it, but as faar as I know, the old PES stuff was
not removed from vdr. So theoretically is should still work w
Hi,
Have you checked if xinelibout can replay the new ts stuff introduced

why not using mplayer.sh?
It is a shell script that has some additional features.

Hi,
the xineliboutput plugin does not work for me.
I can see the OSD in xineliboutput, but not the movie.
Switching to other channes does not work.
I am using vdr 1.7.1 and xineliboutput 1.0.2.
I see a lot of error messages in my syslog:

Sorry for the noise.. Reattaching to the screen instance I instantly

When will DVB-IP be included in the S2API? I'm asking because in South
Africa, our chances are looking slim by the moment to implement DVB-T, I
reckon by the time we get DVB-T the world has moved over to DVB-T2 and we
might skip the whole process over to DVB-IP, I see a lot of streamdev

My workaround is using VDR-STREAMDEV to record H.264 shows directly to
TS-format. It is not 'good' TS as my Popcorn Hour networked media tank
(PCH) usually cannot replay
If I enable my subscription with my provider again, that uses irdeto2, will
it work?

Some interesting concepts, but some are basic
1) Try not to have any modules, built everything into the kernel, get rid of
initrd
2) On Gentoo you can start daemons/scripts in parallel, run the scripts from
shared memory OR have the option to use openrc, which uses C/C++ and binds a
lot faster.
3)

Maybe it needs a console to work?
I side stepped the problem by running vdr inside a screen session, so it
has a console and I can attach to it when

I asked you before if this is only for hd content or even sd (I'm just
using sd and I see no picture with a dxr3 and heavily stuttering image
with the vdr-xine plugin)
Besides, I cannot find L
