Changes since 0.0.8:
- dropped support for VDR version older than 1.3.47.
- Now using palette replacemen introduced in VDR 1.3.27, so palette
setting workaround is not neede
ARD swaps transponder 2nd June.
With VDR that seems to be difficult?
Exsample:
ARD is now at say "Channel 5"
the new ARD Channels are detected at "Channel 1200" ff...
VDR allows to mark "Channel 1200" and move it 1204 lines back wards
via cursor.
(Channel table does no "wrapp", there are 1700

mpeg4 is only a software thing, there is no h264 ff-card
