[vdr] convert the channels.conf from scantv to the vdr format

Hoppa VDR readers, I'm new at this list. My name is Sebastian, 25 years old and I coms from Germany. My first question: Is there a possibility to convert the result of scantv in to a vdr supported channels.conf format? I try the example from vdr-wiki but my vdr means, "error by reading ...". :
