Here is a patch for the prefermenu-0.6.6 plugin and VDR >= 1.5.3:

It's the same problem as in the sysinfo plugin: cFont::GetFont() is
called to early.

xmltv file into vdr's schedule.
I have found that the vdr is causing a problem. It won't let you
"PUTE" anything. Not sure what this means, but xmltv2vdr issues the
