vqadmin problems

Hi, I'm running vqadmin 1.18 w/vpopmail vpopmail-4.10.32 (and mySQL 3.23.38-1.i386.rpm) and I'm having problems with vqadmin. It seems to "read" the configurations fine out of mySQL, but I can't make changes or use any of the features "per account". Specifically it isn't keeping changes to the
