how to amend mailfilter programs?

Vchkpw,   when I hit the "editmailfilters",it showed " You have an incompatible existing mail filter, contact your system administrator.". I want to know why this is and how to amend the programs.I have fixxed the maildrop,but it seemed to have no effection to mail filter. Please tell
